| The 1999 WWSA DragonHearts consists of a few returning paddlers from last year along with a new crew of eager newcomers. Despite having lost most of the more powerful & experienced paddlers to the DragonSlayers, this team found the will and the heart to end the season with a respectable Top 10 ranking of 8th out of 35-40 teams in the Local Mixed category at the Montreal Festival. |
