 2005 Christmas DinnerThe last gathering for the year was the annual Christmas Dinner. This year it was held at Barbie's Deli and Grill in Dorval and was attended by over 70 people!  Season End BanquetWith this last event, the season officially comes to a close for the club. Just prior to Halloween, the theme for this year's banquet was Superheros!  Quebec Cup/Eastern Division raceoffThe last event of the season for both the Dragonslayers and the Immortals! The Eastern Division Raceoff was held alongside to the Quebec Cup with 250m, 500m and the exciting 2000m races.  Great White North Dragon Boat ChallengeThe last road trip for the Immortals brought them to Toronto's Ontario Place for this year's Great White North Dragon Boat Challenge!  2005 North American Club Crew ChampionshipsSome of the best Club Crews raced this weekend in Welland!  2005 Wong's Dragon Boat Club BBQA hot sunny afternoon in Angrignon Park.. a perfect day for the annual Wong's Dragon Boat Club BBQ!  2005 Montreal Dragon Boat Race FestivalThe Wong's Dragon Boat Club brought the Immortal Dragons, Chargers and new the Crusaders to the annual Montreal Festival!  2005 Mega-DrawCongratulations to all the winners of our 2005 Mega-Draw!  2005 Quebec Chinese Cultural FestivalCanada Day weekend brought the Immortal Dragons to Quebec City. Immortals win first place!  2005 Nortel Ottawa Dragon Boat FestivalSte. Jean Baptiste weekend brought the Immortal Dragons and Dragonslayers to our country's capital. Dragonslayers win Silver!  2005 Lachine 250m Knockout ChallengeThe first festival of the season for both the Immortal Dragons and the Chargers brought them to Lachine on this hot, hot Saturday. Dragonslayers win Silver!  2005 Onake 1500m Distance ChallengeDragonslayers win this early season distance festival.  2005 Wong RegattaThe return of the Wong Regatta. A day of fun for invited family and friends. Despite the chilly rainy weather, quite a lot people still showed up. Without a doubt, the highlight of the day was the Wong-A-Be Challenge. Quite impressive were all the "Newbies/Guests" who spent over an hour of training and racing on the water!  2005 GWN Florida Training Camp180 paddlers made their way from across North America to sunny Melbourne, Florida this year to attended the sold-out second week of the GWN Training Camp.
